Love letter for Surayya

Bismillahirrohamnirrohim...

Surayya is 32 days old today alhamdulillah... Syukur to Allah. We took her for her 1 month checkup today, and she gained 1kg from her birth weight making her latest weight 3.8kg alhamdulillah. May Allah ease and bless the growth of Surayya physically, mentally, emotionally and most importantly spiritually.

A short love letter for my baby Surayya :)

Surayya,

When you are old enough to read and understand this, I would like you to know that I love you very much and that having you after your sister really added more love into Mama's heart and your presence taught me to be more and more grateful to Allah. Your sister loves you very much and she shows it by being patient waiting for her turn to feed with Mama and that she will let go when she hears you cry too long and let you nurse with Mama instead. SubhanAllah. I pray that Allah grant me strength, knowledge and a strong faith so that I can raise the both of you up in a blessed manner and may the both of you truly understand that this life is beautiful yet temporary and fill it with good deeds and kindness because as a servant of Allah we should live based on the intention to gain Allah's love and pleasure. We live to know and love our Creator, and aim to be "HAMBA YANG BERTAQWA". Lets live like the Prophet SAW and practise as much of his Sunnah as we can. Ameen.
